This page states plainly what AVORA can arrange, and what nobody can promise. We would rather be clear here than apologise later.

Immigration and airport formalities

AVORA does not hold, influence or expedite immigration decisions. Fast-track and meet-and-greet services are provided by licensed handling agents where the airport permits them. Airside access and aircraft-door assistance depend on airport regulations and government approval and are arranged only through licensed handling agents. No immigration privilege of any kind is offered or implied.

Official escorts

Official escorts are subject to government authorization, operational availability, local regulations, and coordination through licensed partners. AVORA does not guarantee approval.

Aviation

Private jet and helicopter charters are operated by appropriately licensed aviation providers and remain subject to aircraft availability, crew duty limits, weather, airspace and aviation regulation. A specific aircraft, registration or interior cannot be guaranteed.

Marine

Yachts and vessels are operated by licensed marine operators. Charters remain subject to vessel availability, sea state, weather, port and anchorage permissions and the captain's authority over the safety of the vessel. Routes may be altered or cancelled on safety grounds.

Accommodation

Villa, resort and suite availability is confirmed by the property. Room categories, upgrades, connecting rooms and early check-in are requests made on your behalf, granted at the property's discretion, and are never guaranteed.

Restaurants and beach clubs

AVORA provides priority booking assistance and access subject to availability. Venues set their own admission, dress, minimum-spend and capacity rules, and entry remains at the venue's discretion. Guaranteed entry is not offered.

Executive protection

Protection services are provided by licensed security providers operating within Indonesian law. Personnel are unarmed unless a licence expressly permits otherwise. Protection is a professional risk-management service and is not a law-enforcement function.

Parks, permits and conservation areas

Access to national parks and conservation areas such as Komodo and Raja Ampat depends on park permits, ranger availability, seasonal closures and conservation rules that may change without notice.

Pricing

AVORA does not publish fixed pricing for complex services. Every quotation is prepared against your dates and confirmed availability, and is valid only for the period stated in the proposal.
